A "pattern of on-going criminal activities" led to a Clay City man being sentenced to the maximum for a drug conviction earlier this month. A Brazil man died as the result of injuries sustained in a three-vehicle accident in the area of 2013 East National Ave., near the entrance of the Walmart parking lot Monday evening.
